Shipping FAQ:
How much do you charge for shipping?

Shipping is FREE for all orders $70+. Orders between $50 - $69.99 ship for a flat rate of $10. Orders under $50 ship for a flat rate of $20.
Where do your products ship from?
Denver, Colorado
How are your products shipped?
Depending on the size of the package and the destination, packages are typically sent via Fedex Ground or UPS Ground.
How soon after I submit my order will it be shipped?
We handcraft all of our products with the utmost attention to quality and detail. This includes prepping, packing, labeling, and shipping each jar. Handmade items require a little extra time and care to prepare compared to mass produced goods. All of our items are sent out almost immediately upon production completion, ensuring they're at their peak freshness when they arrive at your door.
Please allow 2 business days for your order to process before shipping. During the holiday season (November-December), processing times take longer than usual due to an influx in orders. Additionally, ship times may be delayed by FedEx or UPS during this busy season. Please contact us immediately if you need to modify or cancel your order by emailing support@therealdill.com.
In case of cold weather, we reserve the right to withhold shipping for as long as needed to prevent product from freezing and breaking in transit. We make an effort to process orders as quickly as possible.
Once your order is in the carrier's possession, we can't control how long it will take to arrive at your location. We also cannot make any changes to orders, and we can't make guaranteed deliveries. If you need a guaranteed delivery date, please contact us prior to placing your order so we can calculate an expedited shipping quote for you.
When is the last day to place my order for Christmas 2025 arrival?
All orders must be placed by December 15, 2025 for guaranteed arrival by Christmas. Many orders placed after this date will still arrive in time, but due to shipping delays this time of year, we do not guarantee Christmas arrival after the 15th.
We will have limited shipping between December 25, 2025 - January 1, 2026.
Will I receive confirmation when it has shipped?
Yes you will receive confirmation along with tracking information.
What happens if something breaks?
We are very careful about the way the products are packed so we can minimize breakage, but when you are shipping glass, it is impossible to prevent all breakage. If you receive damaged product, simply send an email to support@therealdill.com with (1) your name and order number, (2) a photo of the damaged product, and (3) a description of which items are damaged. We will either reship or process a refund for the damaged products.
Do you ship outside of the continental U.S.?
We currently do not ship outside of the continental U.S. 

Pickle Points Club FAQ

How do I join the Pickle Points Club?
To join the Pickle Points Club, you need to create an account. To become a valid member, you must provide complete and accurate contact information. Don't forget to sign in when you complete your orders so you receive your points. Ready to sign up?
Does it cost money to join?
Our rewards program is completely free! Think of the program as a way for us to say thank you for being awesome.
Do I have to log into my account to receive points for my purchase?
Yes. If you aren't signed in at checkout, your points will not be added to your account.
Can I transfer my points?
The points you earn belong to you and cannot be transferred to anyone else.
What if my information changes, and I need to update my account?
Please contact us immediately if your address or other contact information changes. We will make sure we keep your account up to date. Please do not create a second account. If we find there are duplicate accounts under the same name, we will terminate all of the accounts associated with that name.
How do I redeem my points?
You can spend your points by logging into your customer account and then clicking on the Pickle Points launcher. Under the 'Rewards' section, you can click 'Redeem' next to the reward that you want to claim.
When do my points expire?
Your points expire 365 days after they are earned. Don't worry, we'll send you a reminder when you're approaching your expiration date!
If I close my account, do I lose my points?
Yes. Points are reduced to zero if you cancel your rewards membership.
Is there a limit to how many points I can earn?
The sky's the limit! Collect a many points as you'd like.
Are there any products that are excluded from Pickle Points Club rewards?
While you will always earn points for every purchase you make, you can't use your Pickle Points Club rewards (discount codes) on limited Prospector Series products or discounted products. You also cannot combine Pickle Points Club discounts with other discount codes.

We stand behind our products 100%, and we are confident that you will love them as much as we do. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we will do everything possible to ensure you're happy with your purchase.
If you are dissatisfied with your order due to a quality issue, we will offer a replacement or a refund on us, no matter if you purchased from our website or from our retailers. We also understand that food products are subjective to taste. If you don't love your first jar of pickles or Bloody Mary Mix, we'll send you a different flavor, store credit, or refund.
US Shipping
Orders usually ship after 1–3 business days, unless otherwise noted in the product description. We ship through FedEx, and unfortunately, we cannot offer guaranteed ship times. After leaving our facility, FedEx typically delivers in 2–5 business days. Once your order is in FedEx's possession, we can't control how long it will take to arrive at your location.* You will receive an email notification from us that contains tracking information once your order has shipped.
Please contact us immediately if you need to modify or cancel your order by emailing support@therealdill.com.
*In order to prevent product from freezing, if the weather forecast shows extreme, cold weather, we will withhold shipment until the weather clears.
International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping.
Order Issues
If your order is damaged, lost, or delivered to the wrong address, contact us immediately at support@therealdill.com. Please provide your name, order number, and photos of all damaged items, if applicable. We can only assist with these issues if they are reported within 5 days of the order being marked delivered on your tracking link.
Refunds & Exchanges
If something is not right with your purchase, please send an email to support@therealdill.com, within 5 days of having received your order, stating your order number and reason for return.
If a product arrives broken or damaged, we are happy to send a replacement or process a refund. Please provide your name, order number, and photos of all damaged items in email form. We can't process a replacement or refund without all of this information.
Please note: we can only refund shipping costs on a case by case basis.* The Real Dill doesn't assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to The Real Dill.

Our Story

If you had told us that we’d eventually start a pickle company, we would have laughed at you. But as life often goes, one thing led to another, and our pickling hobby spiraled out of control, evolving from a part-time obsession into a full-time business in 2012. Step by step, we went from a handful of farmers markets to thousands of retail stores.

Yet, a decade later we didn't have a pickle company anymore. We had a Bloody Mary company...with a pickle problem!

After The Real Dill's inception, our small product lineup grew, leading us to the happy accident that is now our famed Original Bloody Mary Mix. Initially, our pickling process resulted in a delicious and refreshing cucumber-infused water, so instead of dumping it down the drain, we developed a Bloody Mary mix recipe, highlighting the cucumber-infused water as the star ingredient.

What we didn't know then is that people would eventually recognize us for our Bloody Mary Mix more than our pickles, unexpectedly leading to The Real Dill's evolution from a pickle company to a cocktail mix company.

However, one thing that has never changed is that no matter what we are making, we have always been relentlessly committed to making the absolute best products of their kind and to do it in the best way possible. We continually challenge ourselves to build our brand in a way that makes a positive impact on the environment and our local community, and we remain dedicated to working with partners that share our values for quality products that are made with integrity.

Environmental Statement
“Waste not, want not” is a proverb that we take to heart. As a business with more resources and reach than the average person has, we believe that it's our responsibility to make a positive and lasting impact on our community, starting with food waste and our environmental footprint. As such, the company is committed to operating in a way that is environmentally responsible and is proud to have been recognized by the State of Colorado and the City of Denver for operating a Zero Food-Waste Production Facility.

Zero Food Waste
When you wash, prep, and cut over 1,000 lbs of fresh produce every single week, you wind up with a lot of vegetable waste. In the early days of The Real Dill, we were tossing around 200 lbs of food scraps in the trash every week. Cucumbers, raw horseradish, dill, and peppers were bagged up and taken to the dumpster. Throwing all of those scraps in the landfill never seemed like the best way to dispose of them. So, we partnered with a handful of local nonprofits and other organizations, which turn our food trash into compost treasure. Every week, we divert about 700 lbs of vegetable waste from the landfill and into the hands of our partners. That’s approximately 35,000 lbs per year! With these partnerships and a little creativity, we've successfully progressed forward on our journey to becoming a pickle company that achieves zero food waste.
